Blood in our body keeps us alive. It is a specialized bodily fluid in that deliversnecessary substances such as nutrients, hormones and oxygen to the cells and transport metabolic waste. Adults:2 teaspoon full two times a day for 22 days
Children: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon full three times a day for 22 days or as per directed by the physician
